The Birkenshaw offers two suite types:

FULLY FURNISHED & EQUIPPED
Each suilte is tastefully furnished and fully equipped with everything one needs for day-to-day living.
We provide fully equipped kitchens, including microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle,
cookware, dishes, flatware, utensils and glass ware. All linen and towels are supplied as well as
an iron and ironing board. Each suite contains a large color remote TV and reception of over
50 cable channels is included in the monthly rent..
BALCONIES & VIEWS
Every suite in The Birkenshaw has a spacious balcony with floor to ceiling double window sliding
doors which provide great views to the north and south, as well as the Rocky Mountains to the west.
HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping is provided twice a month and is included in the basic monthly rent.
Weekly housekeeping is available upon request.
INTERNET & PHONE
Shaw High-speed internet and a land-line phone are available upon request.
We will be happy to make the connection arrangement for you, there is no hook-up fee.
Shaw will bill you direct for your monthly charges.
