Terms of Rental

SECURITY DEPOSIT   

A refundable Security Deposit is required to reserve a suite. This deposit can easily be made over the telephone, by fax, or over the internet, by use of your charge card.

RENTAL RATES

One bedroom  $ 1,895.00 per month

Two bedroom  $ 2,195.00 per month

   (no additional charges for GST or hospitality taxes)

Rent is due in advance, on or before the 1st day of each rental period.  We accept payment by 

Visa,  Mastercard,  Direct Debit  and  cheque.   Sorry - we do not accept cash.

Short term rentals are available.

For repeat bookings, please ask about our corporate rates.

CHECK- IN & OUT TIMES  

                                Check-in time is 3:00 pm 

                                Check-out time is 10:00 am.

BUILDING RESTRICTIONS    

                                 Sorry - we do not allow pets.
